Last month Condit had the pleasure of working with local tech company, Wowza Media Systems, in creating a custom rental exhibit for the annual NAB (National Association of Broadcasters) Show in Las Vegas. As the design process began, Wowza was in the midst of a re-branding and it was essential to carry the new theme throughout all marketing deliverables. We let this re-branding dictate the booth design and the result, according to Wowza’s Chief Revenue Officer, Heidi Jackman “was a vibrant booth with presence, flow, and energy.”
It’s our job to understand and assist our clients with meeting their goals and objectives for the tradeshow. We were pleased to report that Wowza “exceeded both [their] primary goals and others, in part due to a more dramatic presence at the show”, says Jackman, “Condit far exceeded our expectations for the booth. The Condit team truly acted as a partner working closely with us on design concepts and creating a custom device kiosk.”
A common concern and question that comes up during the design process is visibility on the showfloor. Wowza was no different, and we needed come up with a solution to maximize their exposure. Our Design Director, Kevin Trainor, was up for the challenge, “I always enjoy going through the design process with the team at Wowza. They have great ideas, and are able to offer very clear explanations of their goals and where they want to take their brand.” In the end, explains Jackman, was a “powerful and cost effective solution with the signage. The result was that booth could be seen from nearly any angle on the show floor.
From the design conception to managing logistics at showsite, there’s never a shortage of stress. Our Vice President of Sales and Account Executive for Wowza, Jenny Segale, made sure to give her helping hand during installation in Las Vegas. Jackman recalls, “Set-up and break-down both went very smoothly, and required very little involvement on our part. Not only was set-up organized, it was also completed ahead of schedule.” Jenny couldn’t agree more, “their energy and enthusiasm are contagious! We appreciate Wowza’s organized and strategic approach to executing their tradeshow exhibits.”
The NAB Show was a success for Wowza, and we were thrilled to have helped in executing their marketing needs!
