Our core business is designing and building trade show booths, museum exhibitions, branded corporate environments and other installations. We’ve executed projects in countries all over the world and for clients spanning many industries.

Our headquarters are located in Denver, Colorado in a 165,000 sq. ft. hybrid facility of warehouse, manufacturing, and administrative spaces. Our Denver team of 85 works together with integrity, professionalism and transparency. Our second Condit facility is located just outside Chicago, Illinois with similar manufacturing and warehouse capabilities as well as an industrious and talented workforce. Denver

Maintenance & Inspection Technician


Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable Maintenance & Inspection Technician to support daily warehouse operations for trade show booths and models. This role involves accurate material handling, measuring and layout support, and inventory tracking.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments of crates and skids, and related equipment
  • Label, store, and organize customer-owned and rental inventory
  • Maintain accurate records of customer and rental inventory, including tracking quantities, condition, and location
  • Pick, pack, and prepare materials for outgoing jobs, rentals, and events
  • Check materials in and out of rental inventory and document usage and returns
  • Inspect returned crates, skids, and materials for damage, cleanliness, and usability; report issues as needed
  • Follow layout plans, diagrams, or supervisor instructions
  • Assist with basic material handling, staging, and cleanup
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, hand trucks, and forklifts (if certified); on the job training available
  • Maintain accurate inventory records
  • Keep warehouse and job sites clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
  • Follow OSHA guidelines and company safety procedures at all times
  • Work collaboratively with warehouse staff, supervisors, and project management teams to meet deadlines

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Previous experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, flooring, or rental equipment handling preferred
  • Ability to take accurate measurements and perform basic math
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to lift, carry, and move items up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain) preferred; on the job training available

Flooring Technician

Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable Flooring Technician to support daily warehouse operations and manage flooring materials for customer and rental inventory. This role involves accurate material handling, measuring and layout support, inventory tracking, and assisting with the installation and removal of flooring systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments of flooring materials and related equipment
  • Label, store, and organize customer-owned and rental flooring inventory
  • Maintain accurate records of customer and rental flooring inventory, including tracking quantities, condition, and location
  • Pick, pack, and prepare flooring materials for outgoing jobs, rentals, and events
  • Check flooring materials in and out of rental inventory and document usage and returns
  • Inspect returned flooring for damage, cleanliness, and usability; report issues as needed
  • Measure floor areas and materials accurately to ensure proper inventory
  • Follow layout plans, diagrams, or supervisor instructions

Portables Associate

Job Summary

The Portables Associate handles the end-to-end fulfillment of scheduled and on-demand client orders. This role includes staging, photographing inventory, packing, prepping, and shipping orders. This position requires high attention to detail, accurate material handling, and precise inventory tracking while working both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Inventory & Quality Control: Receive, inspect, and verify incoming/returning shipments (boxes, skids, and equipment). Label, store, and organize customer-owned and rental inventory based on condition and location.
  • Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, stage, and prepare materials for outgoing jobs, rentals, and events. Photograph inventory as required to document condition and fulfillment accuracy.
  • Inbound Inspection: Check materials in and out of rental inventory. Inspect returned boxes and skids for damage, cleanliness, and usability, promptly reporting any discrepancies or maintenance needs.
  • Logistics & Equipment: Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, hand trucks, and forklifts (certification provided via on-the-job training). Assist with basic material handling, staging, and cleanup.
  • Safety & Compliance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Strict adherence to OSHA guidelines, warehouse safety procedures, and company policies are required at all times.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with warehouse staff, managers, and project management teams to meet tight deadlines and maintain seamless communication.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to perform basic math and take accurate measurements.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as part of a larger team.
  • Forklift certification is preferred, or a willingness to obtain certification through company-provided training.

Physical Requirements & Work Environment

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job:

  • Environment: Active warehouse and staging setting with exposure to varying temperatures, dust, and industrial noise.
  • Physical Demands: Sustained standing, walking, bending, kneeling, reaching, and pulling throughout the shift.

Schedule & Compensation

  • Status: Full-time, Non-Exempt
  • Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM, Monday through Friday. Occasional overtime may be required based on business needs.
  • Compensation: $18 – $23 per hour

Account Executive

Job Description

The Account Executive at Condit is responsible for driving revenue growth and client retention by managing a portfolio of trade show exhibit accounts and developing new business opportunities. Acting as the main point of contact, the AE oversees all aspects of the client relationship—from strategic planning and project oversight to on-site supervision at events. This role demands strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. A passion for live events and prior experience in the trade show industry are highly valued.

Key Objectives

Revenue & Profit Growth – generate a pipeline of new opportunities through prospecting efforts in order to build a recurring book of business.

Client Retention & Loyalty – provide strategic planning and organization on existing accounts to ensure their unconditional renewal and referrals.

Employee Satisfaction – communication liaison between clients and internal staff.

Position Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify, pursue, and close new client opportunities using consultative selling techniques.
  • Main POC and “Quarterback” for clients.  Facilitates timely communication and response via email, phone, web meetings, in-person, etc.
  • Use ExhibitForce to establish new accounts, open opportunities, request resources and store relevant documents.
  • Follow-up with new business leads generated by the website.
  • Partner with marketing to develop show prospecting strategy.
  • Facilitates sales strategy planning in conjunction with AM to grow revenue and profit within current client programs.
  • Attend standing meetings to establish design & estimating needs.
  • Meet with AM on a biweekly basis to review upcoming project requirements, track status of current jobs and move completed jobs into billing.
  • Maintain show schedule for assigned accounts and update on a quarterly basis.
  • Create Schedule of Activities (SOA) for key shows, with oversight from Production.
  • Convert internal cost estimates to client-facing proposals for projects ranging from portables to rentals to new builds.  Review show services proposals with AM.  Send to client for signature via AdobeSign.
  • Attend turnover meetings for estimating and manufacturing.
  • Responsible for initiating addendums and change orders to ensure all costs are captured.
  • Maintain an accurate and accountable job file in ExhibitForce on all project activities.
  • Travel to showsite to meet with clients and supervise installation.  Specific emphasis on walking the showfloor to generate new opportunities.
  • Stay current on exhibit, design, and event‑marketing trends to inform client strategy.
  • Represent the company and its products and services professionally in a manner consistent with current marketing direction.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • 5-7 years of relevant trade show or industry experience. Existing book of business preferred.
  • Familiarity with exhibit fabrication specifications, cost estimation, and budgeting.
  • Comfortable with 25–50% travel and on‑site presence at trade shows and client meetings.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., ExhibitForce) for pipeline management & sales forecasting.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Outstanding multi-tasking ability.
  • Demonstrates a “can-do” attitude and good business sense.
  • Ability to work flexible hours and operate under severe time constraints.

Reporting Structure

  • The AE reports directly to the President (until VP Sales is named).
