- Material and joinery. Counters take direct contact, like leaning, stacking, sliding equipment on and off, so they’re built from real casework construction, not foam board and Velcro. That means hardwood substrates, laminate or veneer finishes, and joints built to survive repeated setup and teardown.
- Integrated systems. Power, data, and lighting don’t sit on top of a counter; they run through it. Routing conduit and outlets inside a finished panel takes more labor than bolting a shelf to a frame.
- Custom graphics and logo work. A printed panel is easy. A recessed, backlit logo insert milled into a counter face is a different job entirely, and it shows.
