We call Denver, Colorado our home, but we work around the globe. Condit has been a Colorado company for over 80 years. Founded by Bill Condit in 1945 as “Condit Advertising Art” with only $88, our Denver facility employed just two people in a windowless attic office. Condit was the first graphic arts/graphic design studio in Denver. We’ve undergone 5 rebrands, 6 facility changes since our inception, and we’re currently housed in a historic railroad depot and blacksmith shop at the I-70/I-25 corridor.
And we’ve added a second facility just outside Chicago, Illinois. Located just 20 miles south of downtown Chicago, ESi (Exhibit Source, Inc.) was established in 1983 by Bob and Marilyn Hopkins. Servicing clients in heavy industries, manufacturing, healthcare, and technology, ESi’s talented and industrious team is an optimal fit for Condit’s company culture as well as their shared tenets of exceptional customer service, collaborative creative process, and superior craftsmanship.
With a growing number of customers domestically and internationally, the need for a second manufacturing facility became apparent, and an increase in Condit’s client base in both the Midwest and Northeast pointed to Chicago as an ideal location.
