Exhibit Source Inc is Now Condit Exhibits

As of September 30th, 2019, Condit Exhibits of Denver, Colorado has acquired Exhibit Source, Inc. of South Holland, Illinois.

This acquisition will add new markets, clients and capabilities to the portfolios of both organizations.

The combined company brings over 110 years of experience to the table; Condit celebrates its 75th
anniversary in 2020, while ESi marks 38 years in the exhibit business. Both companies share the same
values: a commitment to creative design, impeccable craftsmanship, and flawless execution. The
resources of the combined enterprise will assure the same level of quality you’ve come to expect in
manufacturing, customer service and more.
