Condit Design and Fabrication Facility Renovations Complete – Denver Open House a Success

Condit renovates new facilities As a company that creates unique marketing environments for our clients, we recognize that our facility is the ideal setting for a working portfolio. In February 2013, Condit moved locations in order to bring fabrication, warehousing, and office facilities all under one roof. The result? A 135,000 square foot blank canvas! Our designers, engineers, and fabricators have been working–rather, having a field day– together ever since to create spaces that inspire our visitors and showcase Condit’s in-house capabilities.

Condit new office facilities in DenverWe rounded the corner in September of 2014, installing the final details of our renovated spaces. Antique brass accents helped complete our Vegas-meets-Paris Café break room where a monochromatic mural and furniture theme is strongly contrasted by textured gold columns. The design “Campground” now boasts a hand-constructed tree trunk in which a spiral staircase brings guests up to a forest-mod “Treehaus” bar and lounge. These are just two among the many other spectacular spaces that exemplify Condit’s design and fabrication services.

And what better way to show off our new digs than by hosting an Open House! We caught up with old and new clients alike, reinforced connections with business partners and made friends with business professionals in the community. Guests were greeted by a parking lot decked out in even more fun Condit creations. The Recycled Ski Arch, created for the SIA Snow Show last year, framed a space that housed a 5mx5m Condit event structure, two local food trucks, and a bar.Condit temporary structure at Open House event

Guests were invited to grab a Condit-themed cocktail from the Treehaus bar before heading to the speaker event lead by Brad Feld. Brad, a Boulder-based start-up investor and entrepreneur spoke on the subject of Innovation Environments.  The remainder of the evening was open for guests to tour the facilities, network, and enjoy great food and drink.

A successful event is only solidified by the feedback received; for all the positive words that we were given, Condit extends a profuse and sincere thank-you. Your support, appreciation, and presence keep us excited to continue doing what we do best. Thank you!
