EXHIBITORLIVE 2026: A Top Event For Tradeshow Service Providers
The Condit Exhibits team attended EXHIBITORLIVE 2026 in Tampa, Florida in late March. Exhibitor Group’s EXHIBITORLIVE is widely considered one of the premier events in the tradeshow and event marketing industry. It’s an annual conference and exhibition that brings together exhibit managers, marketers, and experiential professionals to improve their face-to-face marketing strategies.
Condit Receives Three Industry Awards
Over the course of the conference, Condit secured three industry awards, adding to our extensive history of award-winning exhibits. This year, they were named to the Top 40 2026 (honoring the industry’s top exhibit producers) and received two Portable Modular Awards.
The 2026 Top 40 Award
The Exhibitor Group Top 40 Awards (often called the “Find It Top 40”) recognize the best exhibit producers and exhibit houses in the tradeshow industry each year.
The program highlights 40 top-performing companies based on criteria that matter to event marketers such as strategy, design quality, fabrication capabilities, client satisfaction, and overall execution.
Selections are made through a detailed evaluation process that includes client surveys, project reviews, and company capabilities, helping ensure the list reflects real-world performance, not just creative output.
A Top Industry Resource
Beyond recognition, the Top 40 serves a practical purpose: it acts as a trusted shortlist of vetted partners that exhibitors can reference when building RFPs or choosing exhibit vendors. It’s both an industry honor and a go-to resource for identifying leading exhibit design and fabrication firms.
The Portable Modular Awards 2026
The EXHIBITOR Magazine Portable/Modular Awards recognize design excellence in portable, modular, and system-based tradeshow exhibits, celebrating solutions that balance creativity with flexibility and efficiency.
The program highlights exhibits that make a strong impact without relying on fully custom builds, showcasing how portable and modular systems can still deliver compelling brand experiences. Entries are evaluated by a panel of industry experts across multiple categories, with winners selected based on innovation, functionality, visual appeal, and overall effectiveness.
Condit Wins Two Portables Categories
Condit was honored to receive two awards: Best Graphics for Updater and Best Conceptual Design for OluKai.
Best Graphics Award: Updater
Updater’s 10×20 inline exhibit debuted at NAA – Apartmentalize in 2025 with a main component of Aluvision frames. Client was able to utilize existing rental inventory, re-use graphics from previous year, and implement basic backwall framework to anchor exhibit. Design included slot machine activation on rental kiosk, strategically positioned in corner of the exhibit to maximize access and minimize footprint. And the graphic application moved beyond basic vinyl wrap to expanded graphics, pinstriping, thick-line art, and complementary 3D elements
Best Conceptual Design Award: OluKai
OluKai’s 30×30 island exhibit, comprised of beMatrix frames, was intended for Surf Expo.
Design featured significant custom shelving (live-edge slabs chopped to length) to support extensive product collection. This solution was both less expensive and more aesthetically pleasing than standard plywood box shelves. Designers pulled inspiration from retail stores, modeling characteristics, energy and styling cues from a combination of brick-and-mortar facilities. Layout included two cove-shaped spaces: one called the “Aloha” area to accommodate on-site shoe try-ons; one opposite with tables and seating for meetings and socializing.
EXHIBITORLIVE: Beyond An Industry Tradeshow
At its core, EXHIBITORLIVE combines education, networking, and an exhibit hall. Attendees can choose from 100+ sessions and workshops covering everything from exhibit design and budgeting to booth staffing and analytics, all led by industry experts.
