The Benefits of a Portable Modular Exhibit

What is a Portable Exhibit?

A portable exhibit, sometimes called a “portable” or “portable modular exhibit,” is a lower-cost, lightweight, flexible alternative to a more traditional booth. Portables are designed with ease of assembly, transport, storage, and reconfiguration top of mind.

Whether you’re dipping your toes into the exhibiting world or you and your company are veteran trade show-goers, there are both practical and economic reasons for going portable with your display.

Benefits of Portable Exhibits

Portable exhibits are a great solution for a first-time trade show investment. But being thrifty doesn’t mean you have to look like it! Our design team will help you achieve a look of intention and professionalism.

Portable displays are also a practical solution for more frequent exhibitors. Some of our clients exhibit at a dozen shows per year and use portable systems for their modularity and simple installation.

Other benefits of portable exhibits include:

  1. Lightweight
  2. Easy, tool-less assembly
  3. Versatile and customizable
  4. Custom branding
  5. Straightforward graphic templates
  6. Seamless, large format graphics
  7. Machine-washable fabric
  8. Compartmentalized, shippable case

Starting Your Portable Exhibit Project

Your portable modular exhibit starts with design. We create a scaled rendering of your booth. We then provide graphic templates for your creative team. After you send us print-ready artwork, your booth is ready to go to production.

Once we process your artwork, we’ll send you as many proofs as you need before the graphics are ready for print. When your booth is fabricated we will have you in for a preview or send you pictures of the set-up exhibit. At this time we can train your staff on assembly.

Then, just ship your booth to the show and your team assembles on site, saving thousands of dollars on show services like installation and dismantle.

Ultimate Tradeshow Flexibility

Our portable modular solutions are interchangeable, allowing you to print on both sides of the exhibit and to tailor your message for specific audiences. Optional backlighting also enhances the aesthetic.

Portable booths are also reconfigurable, and frames can be reoriented to adjust the look, feel, and function of your space. Sizing is also versatile with most kits being convertible to a variety of footprints. Most importantly, no tools are required for assembly!

All Condit projects are crafted with tremendous attention to detail, including a full preview of your build (in person or online) at our warehouse prior to the show to ensure we got everything right.
